When you take a Mediterranean cruise in France, make sure to stop at one of the biggest hot spots in all of Europe. With Destination Oceans you can personalize your cruise to France to a degree not available from other cruise providers. Parking is 4€ ($5.20) for the day. This is the most outrageous, the sexiest, and the most exhibitionist (not for children) of the beaches of St-Tropez. A five-mile stretch of land called the Route des Plages is home to some of the hottest beaches in the world. As usual, topless bathing is the norm, and although nude bathing is officially frowned upon, that doesn’t stop some brave souls from baring it all. Moritz, head to Plage de la Bouillabaisse where even the sandy beaches get groomed and the weather is as hot as the stars that visit here!

022 - St Tropez Beach

Cork, wine trade, of wood, the installation of important fish shops, a factory of stoppers of lieges, the factory of the underwater cables in Canebiers (the TSF puts an end to it), a school of hydrography (transferred). Old Saint-Tropez dies and it is recovered by the personalities and the ?New Wave?. There are some top class boutiques, shops and restaurants to browse and enjoy, and a large number of atmospheric cafes from which to watch the world go by. Lots to see, shopping is somewhat on the expensive side, and if you come in May be prepared to mix the stars and film producers, as well as garish sports cars, and yachts! Then go to Nice for more substance, as its been lived in for 400,000 years.

Bouillabaisse

Step outside and enjoy the quaint old streets lined by cafes, restaurants, art galleries and superb shops. Just around the corner are two charming sandy beaches. If shopping for luxury items is your thing, all the major French and Italian designers have boutiques in St Tropez. At night the town comes alive with numerous nightclubs and bars that stay open until dawn. Cannes also attracts a posh crowd with its exclusive beaches, shopping boutiques, and sparkling climate. Of course, a review of France tourist attractions wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Paris.

Jour 1: Depart de la plage de Calvi (altitude = 0 m)

Saint-Tropez offers a host of restaurants serving a variety of culinary specialities, from French gastronomic cuisine to Mediterranean dishes via world food. The village also boasts many different types of accommodation: character hotels, luxury hotels and magnificent villas. Days will be spent by the pool or in one of the beach clubs or restaurants. Evenings will be at home on the terrace with perhaps a visit to one of the night clubs or bars for an evening refreshment. There more than 100 hotels and 300 restaurants that you and your family or friends could choose from which will fit your budget. Most of the beaches have amenities for kayaking, water skiing, parasailing, sail-boarding and pedal biking and for popular beach sports and recreational activities such as badminton, soccer, Frisbee-throwing and of course, volleyball.
