The best gear is $6.50 a day or $29 a week; if you’re nearsighted and need a prescription mask, it’s $9 a day or $39 a week. Our first mate will give you a 7-10 minute instruction/demonstration on the use of the gear and do’s and don’ts at Pawai Bay. Snorkeling gear can be rented at the bay and there are life guards on duty daily. You may want to check if you can rent a mask and fins from your hotel so that you can save time by not having to stand in line at the beach.
