Amid hundreds of coconut trees, tropical mangroves and exotic gardens, the Punta Cana Princess is the perfect beachfront getaway. Beautifully appointed suites, 24-hour all-inclusive service, land and water activities and sports galore, excellent dining, nightly entertainment and friendly service make the Punta Cana Princess a true island vacation value. Dining at the Punta Cana Princess is a gourmet experience at every meal. Guests will enjoy four restaurants including one buffet and three a la carte venues, four bars, plus the use of seven other restaurants and five bars at the sister properties. The all inclusive Punta Cana Princess is an adults-only paradise for honeymoon couples and adults eighteen year of age and older. Featuring 270 deluxe suites located on the prime white sand beaches of the Bavaro area, the Punta Cana Princess hotel is home to 24 hour all inclusive amenities.

They then print out an invitation to which they staple your card to and you bring this to the restaurant. They will also arrange for transportation but we opted to walk over. We ate in two of the speciality restaurants Chopin and El Graunte ( steakhouse and may be spelled wrong). Chopin is a buffet but more of a elegant buffet and it was our favourite. Plaza Bavaro with its many shopping venues as well as countless restaurants, diverse bars, pubs, cafes and other entertainment venues lies just 1 km away. The airport is 25 km from the hotel and can easily be reached by car.

Also, all the other restaurants require reservations that you can set up at a desk in the main lobby right outside the buffet. Get there early if you want early reservations: the earliest we were able to eat was at 8pm, but that was ok because we hung out at the beach til 6 and then went back to shower and dress for dinner. The Hotel is air-conditioned in all rooms, main restaurant, pizzeria and discotheque. The remaining buildings are a large open-plan with generous ventilation and also ceiling fans. Choose from 8 different restaurants, 5 bars and a variety of water sports, nightly entertainment and many other activities. Catalonia also features a magnificent pool with green islands, fountains, Jacuzzi and a swim-up pool bar.

Even the formal a la carte restaurant is designed with nature in mind, its floor to ceiling windows make it the perfect place to enjoy a meal and watch the birdlife on the pond. Dining – Punta Cana has a great variety of restaurants , in the all-inclusive resorts and in the region. You’ll find menus offering great steaks, fresh seafood (caught daily fresh!), 4-star restaurants that compete in service and food with those in US top cities. Its old world cobblestone streets and quaint architecture conceal charming shops, fine restaurants, intimate bars, artisans workshops, a church, a vast amphitheater, an archaeological museum, and a university specializing in design. Lovely architecture, restaurants with great views and international cuisine, and a small but superb museum.
