One of the most beautiful beach areas on the planet is Magen’s Bay, Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands, which is often photographed and touted as one of the world’s prettiest. To get there, take a cab (approximately $4 per person), then pay a $1 admission fee to enter. Panama City Beach is also said to be one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, with over twenty-seven miles of breathtaking, unrivaled beauty along the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach is in a super location, near many populated areas. As with my beautiful beaches, it doubles in population during holidays and Spring Break.
The Caribbean has a lot of hidden beaches which are hard to get to. If they are easy to get to they are generally turned touristy with condos or rentals scattered about. Many people believe Palm Beach in Aruba to be one of the most beautiful. Don’t forget the picturesque beaches in the United States! Carmel by the Sea and Pebble Beach are viewed as the best on the West coast - of course that’s debatable. Some say San Diego has the best. And the search goes on.
Back in the Caribbean, Buck Island’s Turtle Beach, has been voted one of the most beautiful in the world. Full featured, it has snorkel gear rental and snorkel lessons on the beach. If you have a yacht, there are many pure white beaches with not a soul around in the azure seas of the Caribbean. The possibilities for the best or prettiest beach, are endless.
Horseshoe Bay Beach in Southampton, Bermuda has to be one of the most beautiful in the world. Charming and set in a cove, the bay invites as gentle waves lap up to the soft and silky sands. Wouldn’t you want to come and try this wonder of the world?
Bermuda is much forgotten because of the location. But you know, there are many places we don’t think a lot about. Take the Maldives, or the Seychelles! Those two places are loaded with world class beaches.
