Beaches in Greece

All the ardent beach lovers are likely to be confronted with a baffling task after visiting beaches in Greece - that of deciding which one is best. You may wish to swim in the clear deep-blue water or just laze around on the sandy beaches; each beach has something unique to offer. Kolymbia is one of the nicest beaches in Greece, perfectly suiting people looking for a well-organized spot, quiet, but still with a modern atmosphere. Kolimbia lays within a small cove, on the eastern coast of the Rhodes island, just 24 km away from its capital, the city of Rodos. This beach developed rapidly, due to its proximity to the well-known Epta Piges (seven springs), and today Kolymbia is one of the most popular family beaches is Rhodes. Just east of the camping beach you will actually find one of only 3 officially recognised naturist beaches in Greece.

Four Mile Beach, Port Douglas, QLD

Port Douglas has a few beaches, but one outshines them all. It’s Four Mile Beach, reachable quickly from anywhere in Port Douglas. The fun part is that once there, we found that you can literally walk 4-mile for hours! It’s so true - but if you have toddlers, be prepared. It’s a long trek. Also, remember that suntan lotion. You can get burned on your calves as you walk along this strand.
