Clearwater Beach has an excellent marina where one can find numerous charter, party and rental boats for fishing, sailing, cruising, para-sailing, and dolphin watching. Half-day and full-day fishing trips are available.

You will enjoy having cabana rentals, beach wheel-chairs, and bath houses with restrooms. A lifeguard is on duty in season. Condo rentals are daily, weekly or monthly. One condo unit boasts a GREAT location on Clearwater beach! Rent two weeks or more (there is a two-week minimum rental).

Pretty much anywhere in Florida you can point yourself to the coast and find a great beach. There is the Coastlands Mall which contains the usual offerings of stores. One thing you will see a lot of are high priced furniture stores that cater for the wealthy residents of Naples, some quite famous ones too such as Judge Judy and Steven Spielburg has a place here too. Incredibly, it is still lower-priced than the majority of Florida coast property, so there is time to take advantage of investment opportunities.
