There is huge concern of property values now that they just started to recover after the many hurricanes and economy. This is a valid concern. People in Florida are concerned that beach front property could suffer. Florida Governor Charlie Crist has put into effect a state of emergency in 13 coastal counties all the way to Sarasota.
