In the region of Abruzzi you may eat very well and you will have the possibility to taste the typical plates cooked respecting ancient prescriptions, using genuine ingredients of the local production. The dune area located in the territory of Villa Rose introduces typical botanic species of the sandy atmosphere, characteristic of the Adriatic coast, very known for relaxing holidays. Once on the Salaria, pedal to Pagliare and then turn right and enter the Abruzzo region. After a few kilometres on the flat, turn right and climb towards Controguerra and then, after about 3 kms, turn left towards Colonella.
